Position Summary

The Virtual Insurance Agent will provide administrative and client-support services related to the insurance application process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client communication via phone, email, and video to obtain required information and address inquiries.
  • Assist clients in completing insurance forms and submitting necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records within company systems.
  • Monitor application progress and manage timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with advisors and internal departments to support operational workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in insurance support, administrative services, or customer assistance is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and communication tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and documentation-handling abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
