Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Ensures the policies and procedures for the pool are appropriately followed, and team members are providing outstanding guest service
  • Handling guest complaints, problem payments and food & beverage service issues at the outlet
  • Orders all necessary supplies and equipment for the outlet
  • Monitors the status of all food & beverage orders at the pool to ensure orders are being delivered in a timely manner
  • Processing pool team member payroll, works on their schedule to ensure proper coverage

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

  • Basic computer abilities and experience working with a POS system
  • Must be fluent in English language, both written and oral
  • Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Previous pool operations management experience
  • Has taken a Food/Alcohol Handler's course
