What you'll do

  • Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing training and support to ensure high-quality service.
  • Oversee daily staff operations, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Manage and maintain pool equipment, performing routine inspections and repairs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for pool cleaning and equipment upkeep.
  • Monitor water quality through regular testing and chemical balancing.
  • Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and water quality tests.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment.
  • Proven experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and best practices.
  • Proficient use of hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience as a service technician in the pool industry.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to public swimming pools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
