We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to lead our customer communication, brand marketing, and sales process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial markets, with the ability to build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers. This role requires a creative thinker who can help grow our long-term relationships as well as manage our digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Work with existing customer database to improve and enhance relationships. Also, work to expand the database where possible.
  • Manage normal website and blog changes/updates. Work with vendors to solve higher level problems.
  • Oversee social media management, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Be responsible for editing/updating/creating company literature such as brochures, white papers, presentations.
  • Edit and proofread materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand style guidelines.

Experience

  • Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and other marketing tools like Constant Contact / Mail Chimp, YouTube, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and strategies, and ability to manage a marketing budget.
  • Strong research skills to inform communication strategies and content development.
  • Ability to speak directly with customers and prospects on the phone or via email.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and cloud software.
  • Proficiency with Adobe products - InDesign, Premier Pro, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
