Our Delivery Driver will be responsible for loading, driving, and stocking deliveries to our "Mini-Market" that is set up in the atrium of York Hospital. This is a growing venture to support the front-line health care workers who are giving their all to keep our community healthy.

This position will require excellent customer service and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments. You must be professional, courteous, and extremely reliable. There is a significant physical aspect to the job, and you must be comfortable lifting and moving up to 50lbs consistently.

We have a company van that you will be utilizing, and you will be required to pass a background and driving record check.

The schedule for this position is Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings starting at approximately 8am and ending around 1-2pm.

Each delivery will go in a similar fashion: Arrive at our Market, collect and price tag the grocery items, process the delivery invoice, load delivery into company van, drive safely to York Hospital, unload from van onto roll cart, take down to our Mini-Market, rotate and stock product, take an inventory of current stock, return to our Market, unload boxes, input inventory and give new order to departments.

This is an excellent position for a delivery driver who would like to add to their freelancing with a more consistent, reliable position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
