Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

· Assist account manager/sales team to meet the performance target to provide an efficient and comprehensive service

· Support account manager/sales team in handling of inquiries, orders, issues, ship-ment, tracking, reports, and general follow up

· Works cross functionally with manufacturing and management teams and resolving issues timely as required

· Proactively interface with customers and serve as a point of main contact as re-quest

· Coordinate sales related activities and maintain/monitor accurate data with effi-ciency

· Prepare sales operation reports and presentation materials as request

· Support sales administrative related functions

Exercise creative thinking and apply experiences to improve processes as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Minium Qualifications:

· Ability to effectively work under pressure and meet challenging targets

· Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership

· Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented to coordinate/follow up re-quests

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines in fast pace environment

· Strong written and oral communication skills to understand the needs of customers and internal stakeholders

· A team player with the ability to self-manage and flexibility for various tasks

· Preferred operation experience on distribution business

Preferred Qualifications

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, SAP

· Experience in B2B & distribution business model, tech industries preferred

· Previous experience supporting sales management preferred and Bachelor degree preferred
