As a Customer Marketing Assistant, you'll be representing our brand directly to customers, providing product education, personalized support, and creating positive in-store experiences. You'll work face-to-face with customers daily, helping them find solutions while driving sales and building strong brand loyalty.

About the Role:

The Customer Marketing Assistant is the heartbeat of our customer interaction. You'll be on the frontlines, interacting with Dallas customers in real time. This is not a remote position — we're looking for people who enjoy engaging directly with customers in a vibrant retail atmosphere.

Qualifications for a Customer Marketing Assistant:

  • 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in sales-driven roles is a strong plus
  • Friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with diverse customers
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Confident working face-to-face with customers
  • Willingness to grow within the Customer Marketing Assistant role
