Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Operations
Collaborate with the Program Medical Director to ensure efficient program operations aligned with Parkland Health's goals.
Integrate strategy and operations to achieve key service line objectives across the continuum of care.
Evaluate clinical and financial program outcomes, including applicable grants.
Clinical Practice & Standards
Partner with medical and organizational leaders to implement evidence-based best practices and standardized documentation.
Strengthen partnerships with external organizations to align quality care and financial outcomes.
Strategic Development
Develop and implement innovative, person-centered care models to improve outcomes and reduce clinical variation.
Optimize coordination across the continuum and ensure compliance with national clinical guidelines.
Collaboration & Communication
Build effective communication pathways among executive leadership, providers, staff, and community stakeholders.
Form strategic alliances to promote collaboration and program advancement.
Quality, Safety & Accreditation
Standardize clinical and administrative processes to ensure reliability and sustainability.
Improve patient access, reduce unnecessary hospital visits, and meet accreditation and certification standards.
Co-facilitate multidisciplinary meetings with nursing and medical leadership.
Community Engagement & Outreach
Establish partnerships to enhance patient engagement and community access to care and resources.
Represent Parkland Health at professional organizations, conferences, and initiatives related to transplant services.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field (Required).
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Transplant Services and Peritoneal Dialysis operations (Required).
Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of clinical operations, data management, and accreditation standards.
Demonstrated success in operational leadership and strategy implementation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with diverse healthcare teams.
Proficiency in budget management, grants, and personnel oversight.
Experience developing educational materials and community programs.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database software).
