Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth through effective relationship-building and strategic sales techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while achieving targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Develop and implement territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques including direct sales, territory sales, and inside sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for lead generation and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer needs.
  • Ability to conduct product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
