Job Summary

Our Oven Department is responsible for all bread and pastry production while meeting company quality standards. Join our team and work along with top chefs in the industry in a fun and upbeat environment.

Baker Assistant Roles: Oven Separator, Fryer, and Scratch Baker/Mixer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Report to work on time and as scheduled.
  • Minimum 1 year of previous baking experience – preferred.
  • Have excellent time management skills and must be able to prioritize.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to follow and adhere to recipes.
  • Must be able to work in different temperature environments
  • Must be able to work Graveyard/Early shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet company needs.
  • Certification in Safe Food Handling required upon hire.
  • Food Handler Certification (company provided and completed as part of onboarding)
  • Must be 18 years of age or over.
  • And other duties as assigned.

*In observance of the following Holidays, we are closed: Memorial Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
