Unarmed Security Guard – Weekend Shifts (Sat & Sun)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Unarmed Security Guard to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This role requires strong observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to safety protocols.

Schedule

  • Weekend shifts only: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Responsibilities

  • Patrol assigned areas and monitor for safety and security concerns
  • Conduct surveillance via CCTV to detect suspicious activity
  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents
  • Enforce rules and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Provide first aid/CPR as needed
  • Manage conflicts and de-escalate situations effectively
  • Assist in loss prevention and identify potential hazards
  • Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years old; high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military
  • Familiarity with CCTV or other surveillance systems
  • First aid/CPR training
  • Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
