As a Security Guard - Resort Patrol Full-Time in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the property to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your proactive presence and strong communication skills will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the overall guest experience. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, addressing any security-related concerns that arise at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort premises, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter prohibited activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Assist guests and staff with security-related concerns and inquiries, providing information and guidance as needed.
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports, following Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with hotel and resort personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
