We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the SMERF (Social, Military, Educational, Religious, and Fraternal) market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of the SMERF market dynamics and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the SMERF market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the SMERF audience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the SMERF market or related industries.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed business decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $58, $70,258.04 per year
