Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets across diverse markets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify new opportunities and expand client portfolios.
  • Manage key accounts through proactive account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Drive outside sales initiatives by engaging directly with prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and refine sales tactics.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs, explaining product features, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, training, and leadership development within the sales team.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong management skills with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
  • Expertise in business development strategies and account management practices.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for tracking sales pipelines and analyzing data.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles to support integrated sales campaigns.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data, assess performance metrics, and make informed decisions.
