We're searching for the next generation of innovative minds who want to shape the world and live to build. CBIG is looking for a Marketing and Estimating Coordinator in our Southeast Michigan region.
This role is responsible for coordinating bid processes, organizing project information, and supporting new business pursuits. This role contributes to the development of compelling qualification packages, proposals, and presentation materials, while also assisting with original content creation that highlights Christman's self-perform capabilities across the country.
What You Will Do:
As the Marketing and Estimating Coordinator, your primary daily responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Assists with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of bid documents including contracts, drawings, specifications, proposals, and prequalification materials.
Maintains bid schedules, coordinate deadlines, and support estimating team needs with administrative tasks, data entry, and report generation.
Supports the development of marketing and proposal content including brochures, presentations, blogs, social media, and website updates.
Ensures consistency with brand standards and contributes to the production of promotional materials, signage, and event collateral.
Conducts market and competitor research to support strategic decisions.
Helps identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and content delivery.
Assists in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications.
Manages photo and video libraries, contributes to award submissions, and collaborates across departments to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
Participates in brainstorming sessions, maintains organized digital files, and takes on other responsibilities as needed to support the marketing and estimating teams.
Completes assigned and required training for this role.

Work Environment and Physical Demands: This position will be conducted in a temperature controlled professional office environment, with moderate noise. The role will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk, listen sit, walk, reach, kneel, stoop, crouch, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel and to operate a computer and telephone keyboard, and maintain visual acuity. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or carry lightweight objects under 20 pounds.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
Required experience, knowledge, and skills for this role include:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related job field.
Minimum one (1) year of overall experience in a related job field.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software.
-or- Equivalent combination of the above education, training, and experience.
