Front Desk Receptionist

When a prospective client calls the Amanda Demanda Law Group for help, they're often going through an emotionally and/or physically difficult time. Our Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing our prospective clients an outstanding telephone experience. It requires the right combination of phone skills, empathy, and knack to investigate to the root of the caller's legal issues. Often the first point of contact for our clients, our Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in determining our client's satisfaction. This position encompasses administrative duties related to client intake and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner upon their arrival at the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule meetings and appointments efficiently, coordinating availability and managing calendar updates.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate team members or departments.
- Take accurate and detailed messages when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times to uphold the company's image.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish is required.
- Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanoeor.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple incoming calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a law firm is a plus
