About Us

We are a well-established commercial painting and wallcovering contractor with 30+ years of strong relationships across New England. We work with General Contractors, Property Managers, Developers, and Facility Teams on commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects. We are busy and growing, and we're looking for a professional, motivated salesperson to help expand our client network and drive new business.

Position Overview

This role is focused on outside sales and relationship building. You are not required to estimate . Your role is to find opportunities, build relationships, and get us on bid lists. You will be supported by an experienced in-house estimating and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B client relationships (GCs, facility teams, builders, etc.)
  • Conduct regular site visits, office visits, and client outreach
  • Attend industry networking events, walk jobs, and gather project intel
  • Track opportunities and follow up with potential leads
  • Maintain CRM/contact list and communication history
  • Work closely with estimating team to turn leads into bid invitations
  • Represent the company professionally and consistently

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or construction-related sales

Confident communicator, comfortable initiating conversations and follow-ups

Organized, persistent, and self-motivated

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Familiarity with commercial construction industry is a strong plus
