We're California Greenhouses, a Wholesale/Retail Nursery that's been growing for over 50 years. We're not just selling plants—we're building lasting relationships with our customers and our team. What You'll Do
Build Relationships – Get to know our customers, understand their needs, and follow up regularly to build trust and loyalty.
Provide Excellent Service – Communicate clearly and quickly, offer tailored solutions, and make every customer feel valued.
Know Your Products – Learn our product line inside and out so you can confidently answer questions, explain options, and recommend what's best.
Stay Organized – Keep orders on track, update CRM notes, and manage your time so nothing slips through the cracks.
Work as a Team – Collaborate with teammates to hit goals, share knowledge, and maintain a positive environment where everyone succeeds.
What You Need
- Strong communication and people skills
- A customer-first mindset and a knack for follow-through
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn about new products and trends
- Experience in sales or customer service (preferred, but not required)
