Job Description
Sportradar is looking for a passionate and knowledgable individual to join our experienced group of Subject Matter Experts on our Data Curation team.
This team is tasked with ensuring that our Sports Media products provide the highest quality data across all sports (e.g. NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, Soccer, College Sports, and more...). As a subject matter expert and data curation specialist, you must possess deep knowledge and understanding of the sports and coordinate across Sportradar's data collection, delivery, and product teams to provide fast and accurate live and historical data.
You are organized, knowledgable, driven, stay calm under pressure, pay close attention to detail, and want to build and curate the best collection of sports data.
THE CHALLENGE
- Communicate information and ideas across many different squads with varying sets of knowledge and expertise
- Make searching for advanced combinations of sports data and statistics fast, clear, and intuitive
- Build and communicate clear and concise plans to improve product data features
- Understand customer base desires and create the necessary data requirements to meet their needs
- Create the deepest, most accurate cross-sport data set in the world
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Soccer and the major US Sports: NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA Football, NCAA Basketball. Knowledge beyond those listed is an additional benefit
- Self-motivated, and self-reliant
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Work effectively under pressure and maintain positive attitude and environment
- Work well within a team
- Willingness to work shifts for high profile sporting events and high leverage times in the sporting seasons
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet programs)
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence (or equivalent project management software)
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Passionate about sports

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
- Technical Assessment: A short task to showcase your technical skills.
- Onsite Interview (If not organized on prior interview stages): Meet with the local team and take a tour of our office for a final meet-and-greet.
- Two Technical Interviews: Meet with the Technical team and later with the Hiring Manager to dive into your solution, as also discuss team fit.
- Finals Steps: Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer
Pay Range:
$ $55.000 annually

Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
