Position Overview
As a Client Solutions Specialist, you'll be a key part of our operations team, managing multiple projects through production — from client order to on-time delivery. You'll coordinate with suppliers, track details, and ensure that every project runs smoothly. This role blends account management, creative collaboration, and operational precision — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organization, and loves bringing ideas to life.
Primary Responsibilities
Order & Project Management
- Manage multiple client projects through production, ensuring all details are handled from order placement to delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm timelines, approvals, and shipping details.
- Send art proofs, order confirmations, and shipping notifications to clients.
- Monitor tracking details and resolve any order issues quickly and effectively.
Sales & Client Support
- Provide outstanding service and support to client accounts.
- Assist with curated product recommendations ("decks") for client presentations.
- Place and track client orders, invoicing upon completion.
- Conduct regular client outreach to encourage reorders and ongoing engagement.
- Attend vendor meetings and product showcases to stay up to date on trends and new offerings.
Office & Team Support
- Help coordinate packaging, shipping, and fulfillment for client projects and company shops.
- Contribute ideas to improve systems, efficiency, and client experience.
- Support company events, client initiatives, and community projects.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or the promotional products industry.
- A college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable collaborating with vendors, clients, and teammates.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
