Requirements Director/Associate Digital Client Partner (Media)New York City Metropolitan Area(Hybrid) Position: Director/AssociateDigital Client Partner (Media), New York, NYThe role will be part of the account sales team for a strategic account. Theassociate digital client partner will be responsible for new businessdevelopment and growing existing customer relationships within an existingaccount.Develop strong, trusted and advisory relationships with CIO, MDs, VPs andDirector levels, with Business and IT within a trusted customer account.Execute on client's existing account growth strategy.Sell company's portfolio of services (Upsell and Cross sell) – Digitaltransformation, Data and AI, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure managementservices, and Digital Marketing. Backgroundexperience needed for the role.5 -10years of IT services account management experienceTrack record of building relationships and growing existing accountsIdentify, develop, nurture, and grow C -level relationships.Cross selling and upselling multiple service lines and capabilities.Digital technology experience is a plusCreating, communicating, and executing strategic account plans incorporatingaccount marketing.Experience of working in a global multi -cultural delivery model organization.
