OWNER OPERATORS

  • Truck: 2010 or newer
  • Experience: 1+ year CDL-A
  • Gross Pay: $7,500 – $10,500+ weekly
  • Deductions: 12% (dispatch, authority, compliance, safety)
  • Insurance: $300/week
  • Admin Fee: $100/week (Fuel card, IFTA, PrePass, BestPass)
  • Freight Type: Power Only / Drop & Hook
  • Partners: FedEx, Amazon, UPS, JB Hunt
  • No escrow, no forced loads

COMPANY DRIVERS (1099 ONLY)

  • Take Home: $2,400 – $3,200 weekly
  • OTR Position: Must stay out 3–4 weeks
  • Equipment: 2023–2026 Trucks, clean & modern
  • Requirements: CDL-A with 1 year minimum experience
  • Perks: Paid flight to orientation, paid orientation, 24/7 dispatch
  • SAP drivers not accepted, RTD drivers welcome
