Pay:

• Range is $90K - $100k
• uncapped 2% Commission
• $500 Monthly car allowance (6K total)

Overview:

As a member of our Business Development Team, you will be bringing your wealth of experience to market our Private Home Care Services to the Community. You'll be the friendly face that guides families through their transition into receiving Home Care Services. You'll showcase your exceptional interpersonal skills by connecting with individuals, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless admission process. Your keen eye for detail and organizational wizardry will shine as you coordinate with various departments to create a great admissions process.

JOB GOAL: To develop business partnerships generating home care referral growth by making effective sales contacts, calls, and presentations. Serves as the agency staff representative with physicians, facilities, discharge planners, hospitals, Senior Living Communities, and the community. Responsible for the overall development and referral growth of the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

• Solid Experience: You bring a wealth of admissions experience, ideally within a private Home Care or healthcare setting. You have strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals and driving business development initiatives.

• Compassionate Nature: Your genuine empathy and compassion set you apart. You have a knack for making people feel heard, understood, and cared for, and you're eager to extend that warmth to our clients and their families.

• Stellar Communication Skills: Whether it's speaking with families, collaborating with team members, or liaising with external partners, your exceptional communication skills foster strong relationships and builds trust.

• bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Duties:

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities, physicians, and other referral sources to promote home healthcare services.
• Conduct warm calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our services while addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction throughout the patient care process.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing accounts, and analyzing sales performance metrics to drive business growth.
• Lead presentations and marketing initiatives to showcase our services at industry events and community outreach programs.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Provide leadership in account management by fostering strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring their ongoing needs are met.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market analysis for management review.
