What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a CAT Logistics Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will assist in the housing of adjusters during catastrophic events. You will report directly to the Director of CAT Logistics and regularly collaborate with hotel brands/chains and internal stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Coordinate adjuster housing and CAT housing needs
  • Coordinate holding rooms/reservations during CAT events for adjusters and the Hotel Department
  • Maintain spreadsheets for holding rooms/reservations and hotel accommodations
  • Maintain CAT Tracker database
  • Negotiate hotel pricing discounts for hotel brands/chains
  • Maintain good business relationships with hotels
  • Prepare production reports for hotels
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Must be available to work over-time during CAT events
  • Performing other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • ACT program experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and a team player
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exhibit strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and sound judgement
  • Availability to work some holidays, weekends and over-time during CAT events, and participate in on-call rotation
  • Ability to concentrate and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
