The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Support Integration Specialist (Associate or Experienced) located in Saint Charles, MO. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing elements of support program activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities.Position Responsibilities Include:Assist support program plans and schedules, validate standard deliverables and support trade studies for platform subsystems.Research, document and provide technical information and support the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.Provides data development for integrated support subsystems.Validates standard deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):2+ years working with integrated logistics support, fleet management, supply chain management, and/or Performance Based Logistics/contracting1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).5+ years working with integrated logistics support, fleet management, supply chain management, and/or Performance Based Logistics/contractingExperience with depot maintenance task cards and work flow schedulingExperience with Program Management & Project Management1+ years' experience with creating and tracking metrics for on-time deliveries and first-time qualityProficiency in Supply Chain Systems (Compass, SCARS, GOLD)Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.General: All information provided will be checked and may be verified.
