We are looking for a dependable and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join the team at the Residence Inn Savannah Midtown, a proud Marriott Property, located at 5710 White Bluff Rd, Savannah, GA 31405.

If you have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and previous Front Desk experience, you could be the perfect fit As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring they have a wonderful extended-stay experience, providing warm welcomes, efficient service, and helpful solutions, all while upholding the renowned Marriott standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures for short and extended stays.
  • Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Coordinate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Uphold all Marriott brand standards and strictly maintain guest confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Hotel front desk experience is required.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and remain composed in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability is a must, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a significant advantage.
