Position Overview:

We are looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites Savannah Airport. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and check them in and out efficiently
  • Ask guests about their stay and listen attentively to feedback or concerns
  • Provide accurate billing and ensure all charges are correctly applied
  • Issue receipts and handle payments
  • Respond to guest inquiries and messages via third-party booking sites (e.g., Expedia, )
  • Provide local recommendations for dining, attractions, and activities
  • Print daily housekeeping assignment sheets and communicate with housekeeping team as needed
  • Perform visual property inspections once per shift to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Maintain stock levels and presentation of hotel snack shop
  • Light janitorial duties, including:
  • Cleaning and restocking laundry room bathrooms
  • Keeping lobby coffee and water stations clean and stocked
  • Maintaining cleanliness in elevator and breakfast area
  • Assist with other front desk tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure
  • Basic computer and POS system skills
  • Must be able to walk the property and perform light cleaning duties as part of shift
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability
