Finance Director

Finance Director
to join our Residential Services team—a high-impact role where you'll be a true thought partner to the General Manager and senior leadership.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Leadership:
  Act as a trusted advisor to the GM and product leadership, championing behaviors that drive strategic initiatives and growth.
• Business Partnering:
  Provide financial counsel on new initiatives, assess opportunities, and help shape the direction of connected services and recurring revenue streams.
• Team Development:
  Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering growth through coaching, training, and development.
• Financial Modeling & Analysis:
  Build business cases for new services (hardware/software), develop lifetime value models, and support product management with key metrics and trends.
• Performance Management:
  Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Ensure alignment with strategic goals and compliance with financial policies.
• Operational Excellence:
  Ensure financial systems and data sources support accurate revenue and cost recognition for new business models.

Who You Are

• A seasoned finance professional with
  8+ years of experience

  services-based or recurring revenue businesses

This role is based at our corporate headquarter in Oak Brook, IL.

The pay range for this position is $159, $257,000.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
