Job Summary:

The Account Manager will manage and oversee the fulfillment order process for clients and their online catalogs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Customer Service regarding ship dates, inventory levels, placing orders and managing Bill of Ladings and pack slips.
  • Coordinate regularly with the supervisory staff of other departments to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all involved departments and to meet deadlines.
  • Fulfill New Store Orders, daily and rush orders.
  • Run weekly SQL reports to include low inventory levels, current inventory quantities, inventory usage, backorders, etc.
  • Supply tracking numbers to clients once orders have been picked/shipped from system. 
  • Assist warehouse personnel with fulfillment work when need arises. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years related experience required. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
