What You'll Do

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview support & training, and facilitate job offers. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience, orienting new hires with company policies, culture, and tools necessary for their roles.
  • Compliance: With an understanding of labor laws, this position addresses related queries, and ensures that the organization complies with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
  • Employee Engagement: Champion engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and strengthen the bond between the organization and its employees.
  • HR Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Track performance evaluations and training, and implement HR policies as needed. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Talent Management and Development: Identify talent needs and collaborate on succession planning. Support leadership development and growth opportunities aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Need

  • 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or a related administrative role, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates, employees, and managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must authorize a Background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Rate:
$ $30.00/hr. This range reflects the good-faith hiring base range for this position. However, individual rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.

Location & Hours:
This is an in-person position, onsite at our Corporate Office in Tukwila, Washington. Only candidates within commuting distance will be considered.
