Mid-sized aerospace company in South Seattle, WA is hiring for a temporary part-time Recruiting Coordinator for 6 months. This position will be 100% onsite from 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM PST Monday-Friday.

***Must reside locally to Seattle, WA, as this opportunity is 100% onsite)***

Pay - $25/hr. - $27/hr. (Depending on relevant qualifications, tenure, industry, etc.)

Location - Seattle, WA (100% Onsite)

Schedule – 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM PST; Standard Monday - Friday Morning Shift (30 Hours a Week)

Contract Duration – 6 Months

W2 Employment Through Aston Carter

[Summary of Key Responsibilities]

  • Putting up job postings daily on the company website.
  • Calling and vetting candidates who apply to postings.
  • Scheduling/calendaring 3-5 interviews per day for the recruiter to interview onsite (will not be responsible for conducting the interviews).
  • Doing all preliminary screen questions.

[Qualification Requirements]

  • 1-2 years of Recruiting Coordination experience.
  • Outgoing and go-getter personality.
  • High preference for someone coming from an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS/HR tools such as Greenhouse, Bamboo, Workday, etc.
  • Comfortable submitting to a drug test upon onboarding (will include THC screening as this client partners with Aerospace & Defense).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $27.00/hr.
