Job Summary:

The Director & Financial Business Partner will serve as the strategic liaison between U.S. corporate finance and the GCC driving operational excellence and supporting long-term growth initiatives. This role will ensure seamless coordination for operations, enable scalability, and prepare for the integration of finance employees within the GCC. As a representative of the CFA team, this position will strengthen alignment across geographies and functions. In addition, this role will be a key resource in the strategic oversight of the integration/transition of employees that joined the organization through our recent acquisition.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Program Management & Strategic Roadmap - Develop and execute a roadmap for GCC finance integration, ensuring sustainable success in global finance and accounting operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Act as the primary liaison to the GCC finance leader and U.S. corporate teams. Build strong cross-geographical relationships and provide timely insights to senior leadership.
  • Reporting and Analysis - Deliver monthly and ad hoc financial reporting and KPIs to executive leadership. Align stakeholders on performance expectations and decision-making.
  • Accounting & Compliance Oversight - Oversee compliance audits and operational processes across U.S. and GCC entities, ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP, local standards, and internal controls. Champion best practices and continuous improvement globally.
  • Accounting Configuration Oversight - Own and enhance the complex accounting and systems configuration required for consolidated GCC operations.

Skills and Background You'll Need:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance

Experience:

  • 10-12 years of applicable experience in finance &/or accounting (or) a combination of education & hands-on experience required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business operations and a solid understanding of accounting processes and enterprise-wide financial ecosystem with the ability to create clear and concise process documentation (i.e. strategic roadmaps, SOPs, best practices).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough reporting analysis and audits of financial data.
  • Consulting experience including navigation of complex project management and collaboration with leaders and stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

$133, $195,
