Right Hand Rhino is revolutionizing commercial window cleaning. Think Uber — but for window washers. Our technicians work from home across metro areas, delivering fast, top-notch window cleaning services to storefront businesses, restaurants, bars, and retail chains.

As a Location Manager, you'll be in charge of building, leading, and managing a team of technicians. You'll start by training in the office, learning our systems and culture, and then transition to working from home as you lead your assigned market. Your focus? Grow your technician team, drive market performance, and hold your team accountable.

Compensation Details:

  • Base earnings at $26,000/year plus unlimited 8% commissions and frequent bonuses
  • Total first-year earnings expected between $75,000–$90,000+
