We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Leasing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage customers and enhance their shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting our products, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or calls.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
  • Manage cash register operations, including handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Upsell additional products to increase overall sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
  • Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Provide support in training new staff members on sales techniques and store policies.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations.
  • Experience with POS systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction capabilities.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
