We are seeking a Manager to lead our enrollment initiatives, oversee program growth, and ensure participant success. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, organized, and motivated by measurable performance outcomes.
Position Summary
The SoR Manager will work closely with the owner(s) of the school to oversee enrollment operations, manage client engagement, and drive quarterly growth targets. This position rewards high performance through a structured incentive plan and long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly and quarterly enrollment goals.
- Manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Track and report enrollment metrics and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective and current clients.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Verifiable, proven success in sales, enrollment, program management, or client services.
- Understanding and desire to work in a primarily 9-15 year old environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong data tracking and reporting ability (Excel, CRM, or similar tools).
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and results-driven approach.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a base salary with multiple competitive performance-based incentives tied to enrollment growth and retention.
Compensation includes:
- A structured monthly bonus program for meeting and exceeding enrollment goals.
- Quarterly performance evaluations that can lead to increased base pay.
- Additional bonuses for leadership, quality, and annual performance achievements.
This role is designed to reward consistent growth, leadership excellence, and measurable results.

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
