As an Entry Level Account Manager your role would include delivering outstanding customer service, elevating brand awareness of mobile devices, and implementing effective and cost-efficient solutions for our customers. We are currently seeking motivated individuals who possess a strong commitment to continuous learning and a strategic perspective. Our Entry Level Account Manager position is designed to focus on customer service and sales, assisting customers with any of their wireless needs. The Entry Level Account Manager will pay meticulous attention to detail to support our customers requests, manage their accounts including upgrades and transfers, and introduce them to new services available.

Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to provide them with insights to new services available, new features and wireless connectivity they can have with AT&T mobile
  • Support customers inquiries by actively listening and addressing their questions with empathy
  • Work in collaboration with team members to identify customers preferences, and develop and implement sales strategies that cater to their needs.
  • Assist customers with order processing on wireless devices and account management such as billing set up, delivery, and more
  • Educate customers about our devices, position product insights and recommendations and consistently promote them in a positive light.
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge to potentially grow customer base

Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for assisting others and a desire to be in a customer service based role
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating clarity and professionalism.
  • Experience in a related role such as customer service, sales, or account management
  • Demonstrates the ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Display commitment to continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $60,000.00 per year
