We're hiring a Client Sales Associate to join our growing telecommunications team in the Bay Area. This entry-level, full-time position is perfect for ambitious individuals eager to grow in sales, customer service, and client account management, while representing leading wireless and fiber internet services trusted by customers nationwide.

As a Client Sales Associate, you'll serve as the connection between clients and the services that keep them connected every day. You'll meet with customers face-to-face, explain fiber internet and wireless solutions, and guide them through enrollments, activations, and account upgrades. This is a people-first role built for individuals who enjoy meaningful conversations, problem-solving, and professional growth.

This opportunity includes weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and hands-on mentorship, with real advancement potential for those who are ready to learn, lead, and succeed in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities of a Client Sales Associate

  • Present fiber internet, wireless, and telecommunications services to new and existing customers
  • Assist with service enrollments, billing inquiries, activations, and account changes
  • Provide personalized sales solutions that align with customer needs and budgets
  • Build and maintain client relationships that drive loyalty, retention, and referrals
  • Accurately manage and update sales activity, client accounts, and enrollment records
  • Collaborate with leadership and teammates to achieve sales and service goals
  • Stay up to date on telecom products, service promotions, and industry trends
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and customer-first energy

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in sales, telecommunications, customer service, and account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, and confident when engaging with customers
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a team-based, sales-focused environment
  • Eager to advance into sales leadership or account management roles
  • Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
