The Project Manager Intern supports the planning, execution, and delivery of technology and business initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management. Interns will work closely with experienced project managers and cross-functional teams to gain exposure to Agile practices, project lifecycle management, and enterprise systems.Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Participate in process development and documentation efforts to support project management best practices.

  • Help maintain project documentation including risk registers, requirements traceability, and stakeholder communications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, development, and compliance.

  • Support integration efforts across systems such as websites, servicing platforms, and cloud environments.

  • Contribute to issue resolution and change management activities.

  • Learn and apply Agile and SDLC principles in real-world scenarios.

  • Attend intern professional, personal, and social development events.

Education

Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms.

Preferred Experience:
  • General understanding of project management principles and lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

  • Experience working on team-based projects (academic, personal, or volunteer).

  • Exposure to risk and opportunity management practices.

  • Interest in systems integration and cross-functional collaboration.
