Job Summary
The Document Processor plays a crucial role in managing and organizing documents within the office environment. This position involves data entry, transcription, and maintaining accurate records to support various administrative functions. Duties
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring all information is correctly input into databases and ERP systems.
- Transcribe documents and maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Collect and compile data for reports, utilizing Microsoft Excel and pivot tables as necessary.
- Process orders and assist with order entry tasks to support operational efficiency.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment by keeping accurate records of inventory levels.
- Provide clerical support by performing tasks such as typing, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Utilize basic math skills for data verification and processing tasks.
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with databases and ERP systems.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Previous office experience is preferred, with an emphasis on clerical duties.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables for data analysis.
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively within the team.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit in team settings. This role is essential in ensuring that documentation processes run smoothly within the organization, contributing to overall operational success.
