Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Manhattan, NY. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Daily tasks include greeting clients, offering personalized styling advice, maintaining the presentation of the store, and achieving sales targets. Building long-term client relationships and enhancing brand loyalty will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of menswear fashion and trends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and practices
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or marketing is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours
