Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support student development and address any concerns.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and special education needs.
  • Mentor students in their personal growth, promoting social skills and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

Skills

  • Strong background in Education Administration to effectively manage classroom activities.
  • Excellent writing skills for creating lesson plans, reports, and communication with parents.
  • Proficient in Classroom Management techniques to maintain an orderly environment conducive to learning.
  • Experience in Childcare settings to understand the developmental needs of children.
  • Knowledge of Special Education practices to support students with diverse learning requirements.
  • Experience working with children in various capacities, enhancing engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with private school environments is a plus.
  • Background in Early Childhood Education to cater to the unique needs of younger students.
  • Ability to mentor students effectively, fostering their academic and personal growth.
