Our client is hiring a full time,
Project Sales Manager
in both Dayton & Cincinnati

They provide high quality HVAC services to commercial, industrial, institutional, educational and premier residential facilities.

This role combines
sales and project management
, requiring expertise in customer engagement, market development, and operational efficiency.

In this job you will
build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and oversee project execution
.

Some Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer relationships across multiple industries.
  • Sell and oversee projects, ensuring quality and profitability.
  • Conduct site evaluations and recommend service solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field OR 5+ years of trade experience.
  • 3+ years in a sales or account management role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
