Job Summary

Ricoh is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mailroom/Print Support Associate to support Home Depot operations. This position involves delivering packages and mail to multiple floors within the Home Depot building, performing administrative and print support duties, and assisting with daily mailroom operations.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency (especially MS Office), and a positive, team-oriented attitude. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative and hands-on work in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail, packages, and envelopes throughout the Home Depot building.
  • Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, and mail equipment.
  • Perform print, imaging, and finishing tasks such as binding and laminating.
  • Use Microsoft Office and email systems to open, send, and manage files.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure equipment is properly stocked and functioning.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and shipments.
  • Respond to customer requests and service calls promptly.
  • Assist with basic maintenance, meeting room setups, and light building support tasks.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records for management reports and billing.
  • Ensure mailroom and copier areas remain clean and organized.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills required; MS Word, Outlook, and Excel experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform standing/walking tasks throughout the day.
  • Valid driver's license required (for future conversion, candidate may operate a box truck).

Additional Details

  • Dress Code: Black or khaki pants and a polo shirt (no jeans or athletic wear).
  • Driving: Not required initially, but must have a valid driver's license.
  • COVID Vaccine Requirement: None.
  • Parking: Free on-site parking.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent lifting, standing, and walking between mailroom and building floors. Assistance is provided for lifting items over 50 lbs.
