Overview

We're recruiting on behalf of a client in Frisco looking to hire an in-office Account

Representative. This role works directly with individuals, families, and small businesses to

help them understand their benefit options, review coverage needs, and choose the right

plan. You'll handle warm leads, client conversations, and follow-ups while working closely

with a supportive team.

What You'll Do

  • Speak with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs

  • Walk customers through available plan options in a clear, simple way

  • Manage a steady pipeline of follow-ups and ongoing outreach

  • Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM

  • Participate in team training, coaching sessions, and in-office meetings

  • Work toward weekly and monthly performance goals with guidance from leadership

Training & Support

The office provides hands-on training, mentorship, and daily support. You'll receive

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer-facing experience in any industry is helpful but not required
