We are currently seeking a highly professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant
to support our President. This role is critical to ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of executive-level operations and will act as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and strategic coordinator.

Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President, managing a wide range of responsibilities including calendar management, communication handling, project coordination, and executive meeting support. The ideal candidate is an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and can exercise excellent judgment, discretion, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports.
  • Ensure the President is well-prepared and briefed for meetings, presentations, and public appearances.
  • Coordinate and track high-priority initiatives and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
  • Attend key meetings to take minutes, summarize discussions, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with board communications, including preparation of materials and meeting logistics.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Support additional executive-level projects and administrative needs as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism.
