Business Development Representative – Construction Services (DFW) FILL-N-GO Waste
About the role FILL-N-GO Waste is a fast-growing roll-off dumpster provider serving commercial general contractors throughout the DFW Metroplex. We're hiring a driven Business Development Representative to create new general contractor relationships by visiting active jobsites, meeting Superintendents and PMs, and building a steady pipeline of first-time customers.
Responsibilities - Daily field outreach to active construction jobsites - Intro meetings with superintendents, PMs, estimators, and pre-construction teams - Prospecting and pipeline building; consistent follow-ups - Attend industry networking events and association functions - Coordinate pricing/next steps with Operations leadership - Enter and maintain weekly activity and pipeline reporting.
Ideal Candidate - Confident, outgoing communicator who enjoys face-to-face selling. Must be comfortable walking jobsites and talking with construction leadership. Organized follow-through and professional presence. Prior construction-adjacent sales experience a plus. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
