Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary plus uncapped commissions on residential, commercial, and fleet accounts

What You'll Do

  • Identify, connect with, and win new business with local small businesses, homeowners, and fleet accounts
  • Promote our full suite of services:
  • Commercial and Small Business Tinting
  • Residential Window Film Solutions
  • Fleet and Automotive Services (Tint, Paint Protection Film, Ceramic Coating, ClearPlex Windshield Protection)
  • Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and follow-ups that convert leads into loyal customers
  • Build strong, lasting relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
  • Educate customers on how our products enhance comfort, reduce energy costs, and protect interiors
  • Partner with our operations team to ensure seamless installs and five-star results
  • Track leads, proposals, and sales activity in our CRM system

What You Bring

  • Proven success in outside sales, preferably in automotive, construction, or building products
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage your own pipeline and stay organized
  • Comfortable making cold calls and in-person visits
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Bonus Experience

  • Selling B2B services to local businesses
  • Knowledge of window film, PPF, or ceramic coating products
  • Existing network in automotive or property management industries
