What You'll Do as an Entrepreneurial Manager in Training

  • Learn and execute every stage of the sales process, from prospecting and presentation to closing and client follow-up.
  • Engage directly with customers and clients to understand their needs and provide effective, results-driven solutions.
  • Analyze current sales strategies and identify opportunities for improvement across departments.
  • Collaborate with leaders and other Entrepreneurial Managers to design and implement new business development and sales initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and strengthen overall sales performance.
  • Develop leadership skills through training, mentorship, and hands-on management experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to enhance your business and sales knowledge.

What You Need to Succeed as an Entrepreneurial Manager in Training

  • B.A. or B.S. in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field is encouraged (but not required)
  • Superior communication skills when interacting with customers, clients, and teammates
  • 0-2+ years of internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or a related client-facing role
  • Leadership experience in sports, work, clubs or organizations is a plus
  • Ability to reliably commute to our Tampa, FL office location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $60,322.52 per year
