Banquet Server/Houseperson

Job Summary
As Banquet Server, you're responsible for serving menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner during meetings and events. You wll be doing set ups, serving and tear downs as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serving all food courses and beverage items to the guest in accordance with function requirements.
- Timing the service of courses to correspond with the dining pace of the guests.
Providing proper greetings to guests upon their arrival and introducing yourself including your name. - Maintaining cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment.
- Performing pre and post shift side work.
- Clearing tables after service.
- Setting up events.
- Clearing events.
- Assist the MOD as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 pounds through a crowded room throughout shift
- Food Handlers Card Required
- Be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends
- Previous food and beverage experience
