What You'll Do

  • Engage directly with customers inside partnered retail locations
  • Present NRG products and services in a clear, confident, and professional manner
  • Build trust and convert conversations into new customer accounts
  • Train and mentor new team members in sales and communication techniques
  • Assist management with daily office operations and recruiting efforts
  • Track team progress toward sales goals and company benchmarks
  • Participate in continuous training focused on sales, marketing, and leadership
